I consider it a true honor that you would consider me to photograph your wedding. I feel so grateful that I get the chance to serve others on their most special day! I have the privilege of having my sweet wife and best friend, Teresa, work alongside of me on most wedding days and also behind the scenes. We were married in 2011 on a little farm with all of our family and friends cheering us on. We have two little kids, Ellis + June, who make our hearts proud. I am passionate about my family, my faith in Jesus and photography. I could probably bore you to death with photos and details of all the amazingly cute things my kids do (but I won't)!
My family relocated from Orlando, Florida to Raleigh, North Carolina in 2018 just because we wanted to give our kids something we never grew up with…seasons! We love living in North Carolina and get asked a lot if we’re willing to travel for weddings and our answer is always a resounding YES! We have always loved to travel and see other parts of the country and world, and getting the opportunity to do that while documenting love stories is a dream come true.
My style of photography is elegant, classic and true to who you are. While I’m not a fan of traditional “posing,” I will step in and help direct you into poses that capture who you are as a couple. I understand that not everyone is comfortable in front of a camera, so I help by making you laugh, telling you what to do with your hands and where to look, etc. I approach every couple as friends and hope that by the end of your wedding I’m not just another wedding vendor but a true friend that you could grab a cup of coffee with.
My true hope is that years from now when you're sitting down to share your wedding photos with your children and grandchildren, your photos tell the true story of your love and the way you felt on your wedding day!
